Thanks for your interest in our townhouse!  Unfortunately our town house is no longer available as we have a sale pending.    We have loved living in it and in Village Green for the past 3 years while my husband is in Law school at Creighton.  Our townhouse is 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths.  It is a great place for a single person, couple, or small family.  We painted the whole house when we moved in, in August 2011 and have kept it nice.  It will be available May 2014 and we are asking $38,000.00 for it with a $1000 non-returnable deposit that will be applied to the price.  Contact Ashley at (480)294-3713 or dahlface7@gmail.com for any questions!  Thanks!

Front of the townhouse

Here is the front of our townhouse.  We have a big yard in the front and a large porch to store bikes, kid's toys, etc.  There is always lots of parking in front of our house too!

Living Room

Here is the living room.  We put in new blinds when we moved in and we would also be willing to leave the white shelf if you want it.

Kitchen

Here is the kitchen.  When we moved in August 2011 it had brand new flooring, a new stove and refrigerator.  We also have a portable dishwasher and an overhead fan and light in the dining area.

Here is a picture of the pantry which is behind the stairs in between the kitchen and living room with the cute chalkboard wall.  :)

Half Bath

Here is the half bath.  When we moved in it had AWFUL wallpaper that we replaced (and it took forever because it was probably 20 years old!).  We have loved having the 1/2 bath on the main floor even though it makes the living room a little smaller.  It is awesome for potty training, having guests, or fun 1st trimesters of pregnancy. It helps not having to run up the stairs. :)

Master Bedroom

Here is the Master bedroom.  It has the original wood flooring, new blinds, and an overhead fan and light.  The closet is not quite a walk-in, but is very large!  The master bedroom is very big and could easily fit a king size bed, dresser and desk.

Second Bedroom

Here is the second bedroom.  Like the Master bedroom, it has the original wood flooring, new blinds, and an overhead fan and light.  It is a very large room with a huge walk in closet.  We are also willing to leave the floor rug which is great for kids to play on.
